The Center for Sustainable Development is a forum for the exchange of ideas and technologies to advance the level of sustainability in our built environment. The Center brings together architects, building scientists, contractors, tradespersons, attorneys, industry leaders, building owners, and students to explore and implement new methods and materials for the development of energy-efficient and healthful buildings.
We envision the future home of the Center to be a showcase of sustainable design construction with expected Passive House and LEED Platinum certification. Components will include offices, meeting rooms, an exhibition hall, auditorium, training center, resource facility, bookstore and internet cafe. Until the building is completed, the Center will continue to present programs to the public and develop a data base for the built environment.
The Center for Sustainable Development Inc. is an approved 501(c)3 public charity.
